Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.


Some counties in the following states require officiant registration:

Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee,
