Performawedding.com is a service provided through The Ministerial Seminary of America, LLC. As an Interfaith, Independent and Nondenominational Seminary, we are very supportive of the new trend desired by many couples to have someone important in their lives perform their wedding ceremony.
As the world shrinks, there is developing an ever greater need for this type of service. We receive numerous phone calls from individuals seeking guidance as to how to go about this service. As a result, we launched performawedding.com -- a site that we hope will direct and support your desires.
We have experienced, first hand, the excitement, honor and joy expressed in the voices of friends, grandparents, sisters, brothers and parents who have been asked to perform a wedding for their loved one. We have also experienced, first hand, the comfort and joy expressed in the voices of couples planning their services when they decide to have someone very special administer their vows. We are here to help couples fulfill their dreams.
The Ministerial Seminary of America, LLC provides on line ordination, on line seminary courses, retreats, spiritual counseling and monthly gatherings.
About our Seminary:

We have a small chapel for prayer and reflection located in Darnestown, Maryland
We support, guide and educate independent, interfaith and non denominational ministers
About our tax status: There is no law that states that a church or educational facility must be tax exempt.
We are a legally recognized Seminary through the State of Maryland and the IRS. We simply choose to pay taxes to maintain our separation of church and state. We feel this provides with the best opportunity to advocate for our ministers.
